    1. General provisions

    These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Pizza Focaccia Fabrizio and the customer.

    2. Orders and contract conclusion

    Orders can be placed by phone, in person at the shop or by email. The purchase contract is concluded once the order is confirmed.

    3. Prices and payment

    All prices include VAT. Payment is possible in cash or by card for in-store pickup, and in cash to the courier for delivery orders.

    4. Complaints

    If there is any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Valid complaints are resolved by replacement or refund.
